Iran new animated film ‘Benjamin’ reveals poster concurrent with imminent screening at the 32nd International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Iran.
According to a media release, the flick directed by Mohsen Enayati was warmly received at the ticket counter, claiming the title of first sold-out movie at the fest.
"The soldiers of the Pharaoh have arrested Benjamin's mother and for her release, they want something valuable from Benjamin. Benjamin will have to go on a dangerous adventure to get hold of that valuable object," a short synopsis for Enayati's animation reads.
Presided by Alireza Tabesh, the 32nd International Film Festival for Children and Youth is currently underway in the feature, short story, web series, long animation, short animation sections.
Besides the local experts and filmmakers, the fest based in Iranian province of Isfahan hosts some 78 foreign guests from 27 countries.
